As a commissaire for British Cycling, I’ve had the opportunity to attend and officiate at numerous mountain bike races alongside colleagues, each stationed at different points on the racecourse. In such settings, socializing can be quite limited. However, through constant communication via radio, we made use of unused channels to engage in informal chatter and that’s how BanterFM came to life.
